Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship within the United States only, but international shipping is coming soon!
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 2-3 business days for ready to ship products. If you requested a custom item, processing times will be discussed, but generally will take about 2-3 weeks depending on product.
All items will be shipped USPS & tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Liability
Once your package has been registered by the carrier, we will not be liable for the shipping and delivery process. We will not be liable for any lost or damaged items, as well as any incorrect addresses entered by the buyer. If you believe the item was damaged due to non shipping related issues, please send us an email.
If you have any issues with your shipment showing delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours and we can update your address. Once an item has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted for products unless defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to get the issue fixed! We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. We do everything in our power to ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
Because many of our items are custom made, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
